Hi everyone,
I hope you’re all doing well. I’m glad we’re finally in February now, didn’t January feel like it was two months long?!
As you can see from the title of this post, I’m participating in another book challenge alongside Beat The Backlist this year, which I’m so excited to share with you all.
The 2018 Book Challenge was created by Vicki, a fantastic and talented blogger. She created the challenge because she wanted to read more in 2018. When she shared this idea with me and a few other bloggers I thought it was brilliant and knew I would want to participate too. After all, I love a good challenge and I love reading!
Enjoy,
2018 Book Challenge:
The goal of this challenge is to read 12 books that meet the specific criteria of the list below. As it’s only 12 books it’s not too much pressure and it gives participants plenty of time to read books that they’ve been meaning to read for a while.
You can check out Vicki’s original post here where she explains the 2018 Book Challenge: https://www.tippytupps.com/book-club/introducing-2018-book-challenge/#more-12908https://www.tippytupps.com/book-club/introducing-2018-book-challenge/#more-12908
I will be posting an update on the first Sunday of every month until I complete this challenge. As I have already started this challenge, I will be posting my January update below. I won’t be posting other books I have read outside of this challenge in my update as they will be posted in my Book and Bath monthly posts.
January Update:
1. A book published this year – The Tattooist of Auschwitz by Heather Morris (January)
2. A book picked for you by someone else
3. A book you can finish in a day
4. A book you’ve already read
5. A book borrowed from your local library
6. A book that is a friend’s favourite
7. A book published before you were born
8. A book you own but have never read
9. A book that is non fiction
10. A book from your childhood
11. A book from a bestseller list
12. A book written in the decade you were born
